My “Brain Training for Dogs” Review: Here’s What I Really Think!
Hi there! I'm Brian, the owner of this dog website, Doggiely. In this content, I'll be sharing with you my first-hand experience and detailed review of using Adrienne Farricelli’s Brain Training for Dogs dog training program
I wasn't much of a dog person until some seven years ago when I adopted Daisy.
I think we have a good relationship because she is always excited to see me when I’m back home from work. But she was always all over the place, doing her business literally anywhere, not friendly to my family, and I didn't even know how to get her to listen to me let alone obey my instructions.
Something highly unusual happened after I came home from work one day. You see Daisy like most dogs really dig a tug of war. It is one of the games we play the most. So on this day, she grabbed my pant with her teeth and while trying to pull, a part of her canine scrapped my skin leaving it sore with a little blood dripping out of my calves.
I didn’t know how to respond, it was shocking and painful at the same time but I really thought it was unintentional. I gave Daisy a long time alone to realize what she had done wasn’t in line with the code of conduct. But that was not going to be the last time she'd do such a thing.
Normally, dogs catch the drift quickly that the human skin isn’t as tough as their skin and from then on, they try to keep their teeth as far away from the skin as possible.
But Daisy? She did it again.
Coupled with the constant barking and the whining, I realized it was my fault. I had been too passive with Daisy.
At this point I was seriously considering giving up on her because I know aggressiveness to be an inbuilt trait of the Rottweiler, and sometimes it gets overboard.
My Review: Here’s My Thoughts and Opinions On “Brain Training for Dogs”…
Having realized that dogs naturally want to assume control, and it is left for you (the owner) to tell it who is boss or it gets to a point where it becomes an issue you’re trying to resolve with a vet. I concluded I needed to train her and I could have got a dog trainer but I wanted to do it myself.
I searched online for days before I came upon Brain Training for Dogs. I was taken aback by the fact that it was basically a different kind of Do-It-Yourself (DIY) manual and it's online. Yeah, wasn't going to stake my life on it until I read the reviews, and I got encouraged! The program had 80% of super feedback from dog folks who were once like me.
I know you are eager to know what's in this exciting package. Before I unveil it, I'll give you a rundown of what the product runs on and its philosophy. No rush, because if you don't understand what a product or thing is about, you can't use it effectively, now can you?

- A private forum where members can discuss dogs and dog training, or just chat and connect with like-minded people.
- Teaches basic commands and simple tricks
As regard cons, to be honest I didn’t really find any faults with BrainTraining4Dogs but here’s a couple of things I would really of liked changed:
- The training program is online as some dog owners would prefer a physical product but you still get more than you thought you would.
- Some items needed for the game are not things you would have at hand
Is it possible to train your dog on your own through online modules and videos?
I know many dog owners would rather have a physical product for easy reference and don't trust the value of most online dog training webinars, seminars, etc. However, Brain Training For Dogs is completely different.
Each lesson in the program is a tightly knitted procedure that works with precision. If you don't get the one right, you can't get the other. So you are going to have to follow due process and you could ask for guidance from the author by shooting her a mail.
The videos are clear, short, and straight to the point as well as having instructions written on the screen so you can know what the trainer is doing at the right time. You can come back to each video to understand how an activity is done with your dog until you get it perfectly well.
If you are ready with lots of patience, adherence to rules, and methods of the program, observation, and consistency, this program can change both you and your dog's lives.
So enough talk, what can Brain Training for Dogs do for you and your furry cutie?
So many dog training programs follow the same structure; basic obedience, behavior modification, and then a handful of the usual tricks like high five, roll over, etc.
But at the heart of Brain training For Dogs lies something that other dog training products don't have, mental stimulation. Here's what Brain Training For Dogs will do for you and your dog:
My Results From Using the Program and Other Users' Testimonials
Within a month (I hadn't even finished Preschool), Daisy was on her best behavior in the house. Today, she's ever attentive, picks cues quickly, super obedient and even I have grown to understand her better now.
Nothing in the world beats that.
